The user sets the number of pole group and the length of the AGM separator, and the enveloping machine automatically feeds and stacks plates, which greatly improves production efficiency and labor.

Application

It’s suitable for the pole group enveloping of medium-large lead acid battery.

Features:

Ø PLC control,touchable HMI,the enveloping machine and coating machine are independent of each other, also combined as one machine meanwhile;

Ø Two separator feeding racks.The feeding motor automatically feeds materials according to the signal of the photoelectric detection;

Ø According to the plate size, the AGM length and compensation value of the separator can be freely set, and the separator conveying and measuring mechanism can automatically measure and cut according to the set value;

Ø The gap of the separator conveying mechanism can be adjusted to adjust the compression ratio of the separator; the position of the separator cutter can be adjusted up and down to adjust the center position of the separator with different specifications and length;

Ø According to the size of the plate, the width of the separator conveying mechanism and the positive and negative plate enveloping track can be adjusted; the model can be replaced by replacing the corresponding template, and the model change can be completed within 15 minutes of the channel, especially suitable for multi-standard battery plates enveloping;

Ø Using one positive and two negative plate feeding methods, parallel circulation feeding, balanced, stable and orderly feeding, alarm for lack of materials;

Ø The equipment is equipped with three sets of suction systems and three sets of upper material systems to achieve 2 and 3 types of plates alternate positive and negative plates are enveloped;

Ø The human-machine interface can be set to alternately envelope two types of negative plates and one positive plate, and set the number of separator freely, such as 2+/2-, 3+/4 7+/8-, etc., with side separator on both sides of the pole group;

Ø The pole group conveying adopts non-slip belt transmission, which has the alarm function of the conveyor belt being full of materials;

Ø The channel has vertical and horizontal correction functions to ensure the neatness of the pole group; it has the function of automatic line clearing of the pole group;

Ø The equipment is fully enclosed, designed with downward ventilation, and equipped with a dust collection drawer, which can effectively collect lead dust and isolate lead dust from environmental pollution and damage to electrical components;

Ø The equipment fully considers the safety of operators and has safety protection functions. When the safety door is opened, the equipment will automatically stop or cannot be started;

Ø The equiment is equipped with a centrifugal pump suction plate system, a dust removal filter element, and the filter element is cleaned regularly to ensure a stable and effective suction plate system, and the equipment has a suction plate detection function;

Ø The equipment has various alarm functions, and various alarm prompts are displayed on the man-machine interface; the equipment is equipped with functional button switches such as start, emergency stop, and reset;

Ø The equipment can automatically record the effective working time, failure time, failure times and current output;

Ø According to actual production request,user can choose single enveloping mode, both enveloping mode or mixed mode;

Ø The equipment has manual/automatic, linkage and other working modes;

Ø Users can choose left-out model and right-out model according to the production site.
