Ø Two separator feeding racks.The feeding motor automatically feeds materials according to the signal of the photoelectric detection;

Ø According to the plate size, the AGM length and compensation value of the separator can be freely set, and the separator conveying and measuring mechanism can automatically measure and cut according to the set value;

Ø The gap of the separator conveying mechanism can be adjusted to adjust the compression ratio of the separator; the position of the separator cutter can be adjusted up and down to adjust the center position of the separator with different specifications and length;

Ø According to the size of the plate, the width of the separator conveying mechanism and the positive and negative plate enveloping track can be adjusted; the model can be replaced by replacing the corresponding template, and the model change can be completed within 15 minutes of the channel, especially suitable for multi-standard battery plates enveloping;

Ø The positive and negative plates are fed by parallel chains, the feeding is balanced, stable and tidy, and the lack of material alarms;

Ø Freely set the number of pole group, such as 2+/2-, 3+/4-, 7+/8-, etc.; adopt the combined mechanism of card pack type stacking plate and rotary transfer pole group; the pole group conveying adopts the cassette type transmission, with the conveyor belt pole group full material alarm function;

Ø The channel has vertical and horizontal correction functions to ensure the neatness of the pole group; it has the function of automatic line clearing of the pole group;

Ø The equipment is fully enclosed, designed with downward ventilation, and equipped with a dust collection drawer, which can effectively collect lead dust and isolate lead dust from environmental pollution and damage to electrical components;

Ø The equipment fully considers the safety of operators and has safety protection functions. When the safety door is opened, the equipment will automatically stop or cannot be started;
